This biochemistry laboratory courses focuses on standard principles and techniques in modern biochemistry, molecular biology and forensic biochemistry. Fundamental concepts including DNA cloning, forensic DNA fingerprinting, latent fingerprint detection, PCR, protein expression and purification, enzyme kinetics, electrophoresis, spectrophotometry and basic bioinformatics. Pre-requisite(s): CHEM 474. Lab Fee $45
