A practical course where students gain real-world career research and development skills. Students explore careers in business, working with leader-mentors to further hone career development skills. They produce a portfolio of career-related documents including a targeted cover letter, resume, and reference sheet. Experiential activities cover conflict resolution, networking, navigating office politics, and negotiation skills. S/U Grading
