Survey of Federal and State legal and ethical issues impacting teachers. Meets State Teacher Licensure requirements for Nevada School Law and Nevada Constitution. Pre-requisite(s): Admission to the Teacher Preparation Program. (Pre-requisite(s) do not apply to Speech Pathology and NON-ARL majors.)
